OZAUKEE COUNTY 4-H FOUNDATION

The Ozaukee County 4-H Foundation was established in 1982 to help fund education and leadership opportunities for 4-H youth and adult programs. Since its inception the 4-H Foundation has provided financial support for:

  • CONTINUING EDUCATION: Annual scholarships for high school seniors

  • LEARNING EXPERIENCES: Sponsorship of state, national, and international educational experiences

  • LIFE SKILLS OPPORTUNITIES: Camp counseling opportunities as well as regional workshops and conferences

  • RECOGNITION: of outstanding youth through the 4-H programs highest award, the “Key Award”

OZAUKEE COUNTY 4-H FOUNDATION LEADERSHIP

The Foundation Board of Directors is a broad spectrum of adults and youth who are alumni, community members and business leaders who partner together to oversee activities,and to raise and manage the funds of the endowment cooperatively with others to serve their communities and solve local problems.

OZAUKEE COUNTY 4-H FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS:

The Ozaukee County 4-H Foundation makes scholarships available to any active Ozaukee County 4-H member who is in their current high school graduating senior class, or one year past high school, with at least five years of 4-H Club membership and has fulfilled all 4-H achievement requirements in that year. Once an applicant is awarded a scholarship, they are not eligible to re-apply. Both accredited technical courses as well as collegiate course studies are acceptable for scholarship application.
